Program Director, Clinical Property Services
Job Summary:
Directs the management, reliability, and provision of all the Business Operations and Institutional Support Facilities in support of the mission of the EVP of Business Operations and Finance and in alignment with the mission of UTMB. The Director will oversee the provision of Maintenance, Cleaning, and Grounds for these buildings and grounds. This position is responsible for compliance with all authorities having jurisdiction.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities, Business or related field, and a minimum of 7 years experience as a manager in a facilities management related role.
