Construction Team Coordinator - Design and Construction (Galveston)
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 1 year of related experience.
Job Summary:
Responsible for the management and coordination all the contracts, including scheduling, billing, and invoices for construction and facilities projects. Serves as the primary communication contact between the customer and team.
Job Duties:
- Works with other members on project team to assure that project coordination, communication and administration with regard to budget and schedule are executed in a timely manner.
- Seeks creative means to better serve internal and external customers.
- Works with teams to ensure effective communication flow.
- Ensures all individuals have a clear understanding of tasks, assignments, deadlines and outcome measures.
- Coordinates and provides contract maintenance.
- Processes Electronic Document System tasks.
- Compiles spreadsheet reports.
- Provides billing interface.
- Assures that all items on the current Critical Task List are addressed and resolved.
- Acts as initial point of contact for team.
- Tracks projects, contracts, timelines.
- Adheres to internal controls and reporting structure.
- Performs related duties as required.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.
