Sr. Counseling Specialist, Family Medicine (LCSW)
JOB DESCRIPTION: To provide advanced professional skills in counseling and guidance, and in coordinating, developing, and administering counseling programs.
Min Qualifications
Master's degree in related field and three years related experience. Licensed Mental Health Professional in the State of Texas
Salary Range
Salary commensurate with experience.

- Ability to work cooperatively with others and demonstrate good judgment in unusual and emergent situations.
- Ability to plan, organize, set, and accomplish goals
- Ability to analyze/evaluate data and make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to organize and present data in a concise manner
- Effective problem solving skills
- Ability to travel independently between clinic, departmental, and institutional sites.
- Required to provide personal transportation for job duties.
Preferred Language
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Preferred License/Certificate
- Must have a LCSW license

Preferred Work Experience
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field and three years related experience.
- Fully licensed in the State of Texas as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
- Prior experience working as a Behavioral Health Consultant or Specialist. Working in residency or clinical training settings.
- Experience delivering brief evidence-based interventions in an integrated healthcare setting
