Research Nurse Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and seven (7) years of RN experience related to assigned program or RN with an associate degree and nine (9) years of nursing experience related, plus four (4) years progressive management and research experience
Current licensure or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas.
Approved specialty certification preferred (as applicable to assigned program(s)/project(s).
Job Description:
Manages overall operations, strategic planning, budgeting, quality assurance and administration of activities and personnel that impact research protocols and protocol patients, as well as the development of the assigned staff. Plans, directs, and coordinates, and evaluates clinical management of research protocols and clinical research care systems for a designated area.
