Federal Work Study On-Campus Level 1, Research Administration
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be an on-campus position or via UTMB satellite clinics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma, UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.
SPECIFIC JOB RELATED DUTIES:
- Position requirements will vary by location and may include the following.
- Assist departmental staff with maintaining logs and institutional databases enabling development and production of management reports.
- Reviews all incoming documents / electronic files for completeness.
- Enter all applicable project setup data into the appropriate system(s) to establish projects
- Uploads applicable setup documentation to support analyst functions.
- Sends notifications of upload completions.

Commensurate with experience.
